At least, it's a lot more fum than any other cardio sports such as jogging or powerwalking. Every moves is so effective. The instruction by Zaki is straight to the point, focusing on cardio with less strength training.

So, what exactly does Zaki tell you to do? It begins with 5 minutes warm up consists of side jab, punches, stretch, squat, kicks, etc. Then, you will do a 20 minutes power sculpt where weights are needed (3-5 lbs for heavy weight and 1-2 lbs for light heavy). Zaki beautifully builds movement as she alternates between sculpting and cardio. After that, comes the drills and combos for 20 minutes without using any weights. All of the combos are inspired by kickboxing. Last, there is 6 minuts of colling down which is really refreshing. Zaki shows a great breathing technique in this section. The music is also incredibly relaxing.
